Terakki Alaçatı ("we" or "the restaurant") is a restaurant operating at 12000 Sk. No: 21, Alaçatı, Çeşme, 35930 İzmir, Turkey. We act as the data controller for personal data processed in connection with the terakkialacati.com website and restaurant operations.

What personal data do we collect?

For visitors of the website, we collect the minimum needed:

Do we share data with third parties?

We never sell your data. The following service providers may process data under their own privacy policies:

• Cloudflare (US/EU) — server, security and content delivery infrastructure
• Google (US/EU) — Analytics 4 and Ads (only with your consent)
• Meta (US/EU) — Pixel and ad measurement (only with your consent)

Cross-border transfers are made with appropriate safeguards under GDPR Articles 44-49 and KVKK Article 9.

How long do we keep your data?

• Technical logs: 30-90 days per Cloudflare policy.
• Analytics data: Google Analytics 4 default 14 months.
• Reservation contact data: 1 year after the reservation date (tax/legal obligation).
• Cookie preference records: Only locally, in your browser.

Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11 and GDPR Articles 15-22 you have the following rights:
